These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the consulting services (“Services”) provided by Tema LLC or “Targeto”, a company based in Sharjah Media City, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By completing the payment for our Services, you (“Client”) agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not proceed with the payment or use our Services.


Targeto provides consulting services in the areas of marketing, advertising, sales, and lead generation. We aim to deliver these Services with the highest standards of professionalism. The specific details of the Services, including the selected plans, duration, and particular services included, are as discussed and agreed upon with the account manager. These details will be documented separately in the communications (e-mail) and will be considered an integral part of these Terms.

The Client agrees to retain Targeto as a provider of the consulting Services as discussed with the account manager. Targeto agrees to provide these services pursuant to the terms of Service. Should the Client require additional consulting Services from Targeto, both parties shall negotiate terms for those Services.


The Client agrees to make timely payments in accordance with the marked due date on each invoice provided by Targeto and to include any late fees incurred in each payment. Payment for the Services must be made in full following the selected billing option, prior to the commencement of the Services. No refunds will be issued after payment has been made. By completing the payment, the Client accepts and agrees to these Terms in their entirety. The invoices issued by Targeto shall be paid by bank remittance as detailed in the invoice provided by Targeto.


The agreement for the provision of Services does not automatically renew. If the Client wishes to continue receiving Services after the agreed-upon period, a new agreement must be made with the account manager, including any necessary payments.


Targeto provides the Services on an “as is” basis, without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Any warranties, if applicable, must be explicitly agreed upon with the account manager and included in the offer sent via email. We do not guarantee that the Services will meet the Client’s specific requirements or that they generate any specific results.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Targeto shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) the Client’s use or inability to use the Services; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (iii) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our Services.


All notices, requests, claims, waivers, and any other communications relating to this Agreement shall be made in writing by email to the following address: hello@targeto.com.


All campaigns, sequences, and other material produced under the scope of this consulting services agreement are the intellectual property of Targeto if these are hosted on websites, domains, or hosting platforms that are owned by Targeto.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Arab Emirates.

Acceptance of Terms

By completing the payment for our Services, the Client acknowledges that he/she/they has/have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
